Billy Roisz<\/strong> (Elektronik, Bassgitarre) & L\u00e1szl\u00f3 Lenkes<\/strong> (Elektronik, E-Gitarre): CD-Release ‚SMOOT +\/- 1 EAR‘<\/p>\n In the period from September 29 to October 3, 2022, an intensive creative sessions of two artists from Vienna and Novi Sad, Billy Roisz (visuals, electronics) and Laszl\u00f3 Lenkes (electric guitar, electronics) held place at kuda.org studio. The final public gig was realized in cooperation with bookstore Zenit on October 1, 2022.<\/p>\n Recorded at studio kuda.org<\/strong> by Zsolt Polgar, Novi Sad Mixed by Zsolt Polgar & Ilia Belorukov<\/strong> Produced by kuda.org Billy Roisz<\/strong> lives and works in Vienna\/Austria. Her ability to translate experimental music into visual memory images is particularly noteworthy, revealing borrowings from minimal art and conceptual art. She specializes in feedback video and video\/sound interaction by using monitors, cameras, video mixingdesks, synchronators, computer, various electronics and a bass guitar for video and sound generating. L\u00e1szl\u00f3 Lenkes<\/strong> is a guitarist, playing both standard and tabletop guitar in various electro-acoustic improvisational forms. He has been part of the local underground music scene from the beginning of the 2000\u2019s, beside musical improvisations with fellow musicians from the 2010\u2019s, through his literature studies, he has been practising experimental improvisation mixing with other media, namely sound poetry and similar historical avant-garde practices playing together with notable East-Central European avant-garde artists in the genre (e.g. Katalin Ladik, Endre Szk\u00e1rosi, etc). He improvises mostly in forms of standard duos or trios in collaboration with other artists-improvisers (eg. Ex You trio, the Funambulists trio, collabs with Paul Pignon, Zsolt S\u0151r\u00e9s, etc). \nDort erlebte Stefan Schneider im Jahr 2015 Susanna Gartmayers facettenreiches und expressives Bassklarinettenspiel und fragte sogleich eine Zusammenarbeit an. Das 2022 erschienene Deb\u00fct-Album Reime (TAL25) vermag einem das Wagnis und Experiment in fr\u00fchen Duke Ellington Aufnahmen wieder verst\u00e4ndlich zu machen. Nein, sie spielen keinen Swing, nicht mal Jazz, aber im Duett mit den immer wieder auf afrikanische Rhythmen verweisenden Sounds der elektronischen Ger\u00e4tschaften, schafft die Bassklarinette jene Erfahrung des Neuen. So kn\u00fcpfen SO SNER an die fr\u00fche Avantgarde an, wie auch an manch nie zu Ende gebrachten Experimente der sp\u00e4ten Avantgarde Mitte der 80er. Das 2. Album, f\u00fcr das auch Aufnahmen im Echoraum entstanden sind, wird 2024 erscheinen. Stefan Schneider<\/strong> stellt zusammen mit seinen vielf\u00e4ltigen musikalischen T\u00e4tigkeiten, ob vormals in den Bands Kreidler und To Rococo Rot, heute Solo als Mapstation, auch sein Label TAL in den Mittelpunkt seines Schaffens. TAL ist als Projekt angelegt; Verbreitung von aktueller Musik, Begegnung, Recherche und Archivierung \u00fcbersehener Musik und thematische Veranstaltungen. Susanna Gartmayer<\/strong> ist seit Anfang der 2000er als Musikerin und Komponistin auf diversen experimentalmusikalischen Feldern aktiv. Seit 2015 organisiert sie gemeinsam mit Didi Kern und Thomas Berghammer die w\u00f6chentliche \u201eMonday Improvisers Session\u201c im Wiener Celeste.<\/p>\n
